I am always honored when asked to make a doll for someone. It's not only a doll, but something precious to each individual, a wedding keepsake for some, a childhood memory come to life for others. Whatever the circumstance, I always put forth 100% effort when making each treasure - and want each customer to be satisfied with their purchase.
Because so much time goes into each doll, I do not give refunds or "re-do's". I will communicate thoroughly with each client, making sure I'm on the right track with their vision! I may require multiple photos to get each project as close as possible to specifications I have been given.
I try to match face shapes and features as close as possible, but remember, only so much can be done with a doll! I can add clay to build-up a nose, add a cleft chin, or bring out cheek bones, but the finished product most likely will not look EXACTLY like the living person! But more resemble them.
Prices vary, depending on the complexity of the doll & materials used.

On dolls $200 and over, half is due up-front, and the other half due after completion of doll, before shipping.
